Production & Industrialization Engineer (m/f/x)

Your Tasks
Production & Industrialization
- Plan and manage drive & hub motor assembly lines (stator/rotor, bearings, housing)
- Drive pilot-to-series ramp-up, meeting QCD targets
- Optimize processes, layouts, and automation concepts
- Lead production readiness, DFM/DFA reviews, and line validation
- Coordinate tooling and equipment commissioning for on-time SOP
Quality, Process & Cost Control
- Ensure IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP compliance
- Implement error-proofing (Poka Yoke), traceability, and root cause analysis
- Oversee End-of-Line testing (electrical, functional, NVH)
- Optimize cycle times, labor efficiency, and scrap rates
- Drive continuous improvement methodologies according to Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
Your Profile
- 8+ years in automotive production or assembly, ideally in a Tier-1 or OEM environment
- Proven experience with e-motors, e-drives, or electromechanical powertrains
- Strong background in assembly line setup and SOP ramp-up
- Knowledge of EOL testing, HV safety, NVH, and assembly automation
- Structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented work style
- Experience in cross-cultural and international teams
- Fluent English and Chinese
