Deine Aufgaben

Gesamtverantwortung für den Musterbau elektrischer Maschinen im Prototypenstadium
Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse – von der Einzelteilfertigung bis zum fertigen Prototyp
Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Kosten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen & Standards zur Effizienzsteigerung im Musterbau
Fachliche & disziplinarische Führung des Teams sowie Personalplanung und Personalentwicklung
Technische Problemlösung & enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Einkauf und externen Partnern
Aufbau und Pflege strukturierter Fertigungs- und Montageanweisungen für eine reproduzierbare Musterfertigung

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prototypenbau oder der Kleinserienfertigung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektromaschinenbau
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
Erfahrung in der Führung & Steuerung von Teams im technischen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in mechanischer Fertigung & Montage
Hohe Qualitäts- und Prozessaffinität, gepaart mit einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit Fertigungsplänen, Prüfprozessen und der Beurteilung von Toleranzen in Fertigung und Montage
Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen in Produktions- und Logistikprozessen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit elektrischen Antrieben, Wickeltechnik oder Prüfständen ist von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln

Your Tasks

Overall responsibility for the assembly process of electrical machines at the prototype stage
Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes – from individual part production to the finished prototype
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team as well as personnel planning and development
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs in close cooperation with engineering, production, and quality assurance team
Further development of processes and standards to increase efficiency in prototype construction
Technical problem solving and close cooperation with engineering, purchasing, and external partners
Development and maintenance of structured manufacturing and assembly instructions for reproducible prototype production

Your Profile

Several years of experience in prototype construction or small series production, ideally in the field of electrical engineering
Completed technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
Experience in leading and managing teams in a technical environment
In-depth knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and assembly
High affinity for quality and processes, coupled with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Confident handling of production plans, testing processes, and the assessment of tolerances in production and assembly
Experience in the application of ERP systems in production and logistics processes
Experience in dealing with electric drives, winding technology, or test benches is an advantage
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
