Deine Aufgaben

Koordination der Einplanung von Projektaufgaben, Kundenmaschinen und Komponenten in enger Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Projekt- und Fertigungsteams
Erstellung, Änderung und Umplanung von Fertigungsaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Prioritäten und Materialverfügbarkeiten
Koordination der Sicherstellung und Bereitstellung von Materialien, Werkzeugen und Hilfsmitteln für die Produktion
Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Kommissionierung, Bereitstellung und zum internen Materialtransport ab Lager
Überwachung und Nachverfolgung der Materialsituation, inklusive Nachbestellungen, Rückführungen und Materialabrufen in Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Lagerlogistik
Veranlassung und Bearbeitung von Fehlteilmeldungen, falls Materialien oder Komponenten nicht rechtzeitig verfügbar sind
Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Lösung von Störungen oder Engpässen im Produktionsablauf sowie Erarbeitung von Handlungsalternativen in enger Abstimmung mit der Musterbau-Leitung
Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Planungs- und Fertigungsprozessen im Musterbau

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Fertigungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungssteuerung oder im Prototypen- bzw. Sondermaschinenbau
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fertigungsplanung, Materialdisposition und Prozessorganisation
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und Planungssystemen (z. B. SAP, ProAlpha, oder vergleichbare Tools) sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Talent sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen (Projektleitung, Einkauf, Fertigung, Logistik)
Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Optimierung von Abläufen im Musterbau-Umfeld
Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein runden Ihr Profil ab

Your Tasks

Coordinating the scheduling of project tasks, customer machines, and components in close consultation with the responsible project and production teams
Creating, modifying, and rescheduling production orders, taking into account capacities, priorities, and material availability
Coordinating the procurement and provision of materials, tools, and resources for production
Participation in the definition and optimization of processes for order picking, provision, and internal material transport from the warehouse
Monitoring and tracking of the material situation, including reorders, returns, and material calls in coordination with purchasing and warehouse logistic team
Initiating and processing missing parts reports if materials or components are not available on time
Supporting the analysis and resolution of disruptions or bottlenecks in the production process and developing courses of action in close coordination with prototype construction lead
Actively participating in the continuous improvement of planning and manufacturing processes in prototype construction

Your Profile

Completed technical training, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in work preparation, production control, or prototype or special machine construction
Sound knowledge of production planning, material planning, and process organization
Confident use of ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, ProAlpha, or comparable tools) as well as good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong organizational skills and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with different departments (project management, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics)
Technical understanding and enjoyment of optimizing processes in the prototype construction environment
Independent work, teamwork skills, and a high level of quality awareness round out your profile
