Your Tasks

Event Management:
Support in planning and execution for major events, including:

Tradeshows and conferences (with DeepDrive booth or merely speaking slot)
Global customer-tailored events
Major brand events
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations

Content Creation & Digital Marketing:

Create engaging content for LinkedIn, including videos, photos, and blog posts, to showcase DeepDrive’s cutting-edge technology
Build educational and visually compelling campaigns that resonate with a technical and automotive audience
Ensure consistency in brand voice across all channels

Leadership Enablement & Thought Leadership:

Train and support leadership in building their LinkedIn presence and crafting compelling content
Identify and collaborate with thought leaders within the company to showcase their expertise

Design & Visual Support:

Produce print-ready materials (flyers, brochures, posters) for events and marketing campaigns using tools like Photoshop or Canva

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various teams (engineering, leadership, external agencies) to gather inputs and align on messaging
Juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines, maintaining clear communication and organizational efficiency

Your Profile

We are looking for a marketing generalist with T-shaped expertise in digital marketing and creating print-ready materials to help us manage impactful campaigns, produce engaging content, and elevate our presence across digital and offline channels.

We would be happy to provide a 32, up to 40 hour contract for this role.

Organized multitasker: Able to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ownership mindset: Proactive and accountable for delivering results independently.
Extroverted and approachable: Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, from internal teams to external vendors and event attendees.
Digital marketing expertise: Passionate about content creation and storytelling, with a knack for engaging audiences.
Design proficiency: Skilled in tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator to create visually appealing assets. Bonus: Familiarity with print production processes (e.g., Flyeralarm).
Strong communicator and relationship builder
A passion for technology and innovation in e-mobility is a plus
Familiarity with the automotive or tech industry is not required but is of course a plus
Language Skills: German proficiency is highly beneficial, as you will be regularly communicating with vendors, many of whom may not speak English fluently
